Detailed Material Composition

1. Desktop Panel (桌面板): Made of 25mm-thick particleboard that meets the National Standard Eco-Friendly Grade E1, finished with PVC edge banding.

2. Upper Frame (上托): Constructed from 3.0mm-thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, formed through compression molding and stamping.

3. Base/Foot (脚杆): Made of O50mm circular cold-rolled steel pipe (inner diameter: O38mm).

4. Crossbar (横杆): Uses high-quality aluminum alloy profiles (50mm inner diameter) that are pressure-cast.

5. Center Support/Leg (中柱): Uses cold-rolled steel pipe that is molded by specific machine tools. The base has a 100mm width, a 2.5mm outer radius, and the smallest dimension is 51mm x 1.5mm thickness.

6. Base Plate (底板): Made of 3.0mm-thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate formed through stamping.

7. Steel Back Panel (铁挡板): Made of 0.8mm-thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate formed through stamping.

8. Book Net (书网): The two sides use 2.0mm-thick cold-rolled steel plate and the center uses a O3.0mm diameter steel wire for reinforcement.

9. Mobility: The entire unit features a surface finish treatment and is equipped with 4 universal swivel wheels with integrated brakes.
