(1) Cabinet: The entire structure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a full
thickness of 1.0mm. The steel surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating,
and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-
temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface with a thickness
of 1.15mm to 1.2mm.The doors is double-layer structure with soundproofing material filled
inside.
(2) knee space rails: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with 30*60*1.0mm.
(3) Handle: Non-welded linear handle/C-shaped stainless steel handle/Insertion Aluminum
handle.
(4) Slides: DTC silent self-closing slides.
(5) Hinges: DTC 105°/175° self-closing hinges/Stainless steel self-closing hinges.
(6) Feet: Use laboratory-specific adjustable feet with an adjustment range of ≥35mm, strong
bearing capacity, the balance of the lab bench can be adjusted.
