Product description
Chair Shell: Made of brand-new polypropylene (PP) reinforced with glass fiber and manufactured using a one-piece molding process. The shell surface features a square grid pattern consisting of 25 horizontal and 21 vertical cells, with a thickness of 7mm, ensuring structural stability. The surface texture is neatly arranged and tightly interlocked like fish scales, shimmering with a subtle glow to create a unique visual effect. The hollowed-out area in the center of the backrest is like the blank space left by the agile posture of a fish, complementing the "fish scale" texture. The seat and overall shape are clean and smooth, combining aesthetics with practicality. Complies with GB 32487-2016 General Technical Requirements for Plastic Furniture.
Chair Shell Dimensions: Back height: 350mm; Back width: 440mm; Seat depth: 470mm; Seat width: 460mm. The hollowed-out section of the chair shell measures 350mm in length and 80mm in width. The chair shell thickness is 7mm, ensuring structural stability.
Frame: Constructed from high-quality steel with a diameter of 19mm and a wall thickness of 1.5mm. It features a cantilever (bow-shaped) structure and is treated with pickling and electroplating or electrostatic powder coating. The overall stability is exceptionally high. Material inspection must comply with GB/T 3325-2017, QB/T 3832-1999, and QB/T 3827-1999, and pass a continuous 24-hour acetic acid salt spray test.
Testing Standards: Tested according to general office chair standards. It can bear a load of 180kg. The backrest undergoes a one-time tensile test of 108kg with a 1-minute pressure hold. The PP backrest passes a 120,000-cycle push-back test at 40kg. The surface is waterproof, free of any watermarks and burrs, and designed to meet ergonomic requirements. (Optional upholstered seat cushion available for the seat).
