Product description
Chair Shell: Made of brand-new polypropylene (PP) with glass fiber, featuring a one-piece molding design. The shell surface features a square grid pattern (25 columns horizontally, 21 rows vertically) with a 7mm thickness for structural stability. The texture is neatly arranged like fish scales, closely connected with a shimmering effect that creates a unique visual appeal. The hollow area in the center of the backrest resembles the dynamic silhouette of a fish, complementing the "fish scale" texture. The seat and overall shape are clean and smooth, combining aesthetics with practicality. Complies with GB 32487-2016 General Technical Conditions for Plastic Furniture.
Shell Dimensions: Back Height: 350mm, Back Width: 440mm, Seat Depth: 470mm, Seat Width: 460mm. Hollow cutout: 350mm (L) x 80mm (W). Shell thickness: 7mm.
Base: Premium 25mm square steel tube, 2.0mm wall thickness, C-frame structure. Surface treated with acid washing & electroplating or electrostatic powder coating. Equipped with anti-slip fixed foot pads. Highly stable with a load capacity of 180KG.
Material testing standards: GB/T3325-2017, QB/T3832-1999, QB/T3827-1999. Passed 24-hour continuous acetate salt spray test.
