Water-in-Water Multicolour Paint System

Water-in-Water Multicolour Paint System: a water-in-water multicolour (granite-effect) paint system, available in 29 standard colours. Multicolour flakes suspended in a water-based binder are sprayed over a tinted mid coat to imitate granite and marble, with a smooth, washable finish for façades and interior feature walls.

Layer 1 – alkali-resistant sealer primer (clear): 5566C-1301, 20 kg pail, approx. 0.12 kg/m², 1 coat, touch-dry 2 h

Layer 2 – black base coat: 5566X-1301, 20 kg pail, approx. 0.12 kg/m², 1 coat, touch-dry 2 h

Layer 3 – tinted mid coat: 5566D-19Z, 20 kg pail, approx. 0.30 kg/m², 1 coat, dry 2 h

Layer 4 – multicolour flake coat: 5566D-19S, 20 kg pail, approx. 0.20–0.40 kg/m², 2 coats with a 3.0 mm multicolour spray gun, dry 3–24 h

Layer 5 – high-gloss clear topcoat: 5566C-1501A, 20 kg pail, approx. 0.12 kg/m², 1 coat, dry 2 h

Custom colours can be matched to a sample; slight colour differences between screen and product are normal, so approve colours on a physical sample panel.
