Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between soluble oil and synthetic coolant?
Soluble oil forms a milky emulsion with good lubrication for general machining. Synthetic coolants contain no mineral oil, give clear solutions with strong cooling and cleanliness, and suit grinding and high-speed operations.
How often should coolant concentration be checked?
Concentration is usually checked daily or weekly with a refractometer, along with pH, so that tool life, rust protection and bacterial control stay within the supplier's recommended range.
Do you show chemical prices on the website?
No. Chemical prices move with feedstock markets and depend on grade, purity, packaging, quantity, Incoterms and destination. Send your requirement and PANDA COLLECTIONS will reply with a customised quotation.
