Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an injection mould take to make?
Lead time depends on part size and complexity; simple moulds typically take a few weeks to first trial samples, and complex multi-cavity or hot runner moulds longer. The schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
Which mould steel should I choose?
Pre-hardened steels suit lower volumes; hardened tool steels suit high volumes and glass-filled or abrasive resins. State the annual volume and resin so the steel can be proposed.
Do you show prices on the website?
No. Prices depend on part design, size, cavities, runner system and steel. Request a quote with your drawings, and PANDA COLLECTIONS will reply with a customised quotation.
