Product description
Chair Shell: The backrest and seat are injection-molded from virgin polypropylene (PP) with fiberglass reinforcement. The seat and backrest are designed as two separate parts. The backrest features smooth, flowing curves that contour to the human spine, providing a comfortable supporting experience in accordance with ergonomic principles. The seat is simple and flat, transitioning naturally and smoothly into the backrest. The two parts are securely connected into a single unit, presenting a clean, crisp visual effect and a comfortable aesthetic. Suitable for various scenarios such as office, study, or leisure, it conveys a modern design style that is minimalist yet vibrant. The cutout at the rear of the seat allows for easy carrying. The seat and backrest are connected with anti-slip screws, which are concealed by decorative trim. Two-tone color combinations are available. Complies with GB 32487-2016 General Technical Conditions for Plastic Furniture.
Shell Dimensions: Backrest Width: 435mm (Arc Length: 450mm), Backrest Height: 360mm, Seat Depth: 470mm, Seat Width: 460mm. Cutout Dimensions: Length 220mm, Width 51mm. Decorative Trim Dimensions: Length 168mm, Width 24mm. Shell Thickness: 7mm for structural stability.
Base: Constructed with premium 11mm solid steel bars in a cantilever structure. The surface is treated with acid-washed electroplating or electrostatic powder coating. Offers high overall stability and a load capacity of 180KG. Material inspection must comply with GB/T3325-2017, QB/T3832-1999, and QB/T3827-1999, and pass a continuous 24-hour acetate salt spray test.
Testing Standards: Tested according to general office chair standards with a load capacity of 180KG. The backrest withstands a one-time tensile test of 108KG with pressure maintained for one minute. The plastic backrest passes 120,000 cycles of a 40KG push-back test. The surface is waterproof, free of watermarks and burrs, and designed to meet ergonomic requirements. (Optional upholstered seat cushion available).
