Product description
Chair Shell: Injection-molded from virgin polypropylene (PP) with fiberglass reinforcement, the backrest features a hollow cutout design with a prominent opening at the transition between the backrest and the seat. This opening breaks away from the traditional enclosed form of chair bodies, adding a sense of lightness and modern flair to the overall silhouette while eliminating heaviness and monotony. It simultaneously creates a distinctive visual focal point, its shape naturally echoing the chair's lines, showcasing refined design within simplicity. The chair elevates aesthetic appeal while maintaining practicality, presenting a unique modern design style. Complies with GB 32487-2016 General Technical Conditions for Plastic Furniture.
Shell Dimensions: Backrest Width: 400mm, Backrest Height: 420mm, Seat Depth: 440mm, Seat Width: 410mm. Shell Thickness: 7mm for structural stability. Hollow Cutout Dimensions: Length 260mm, Height 80mm.
Base: Constructed with premium steel frame, 19mm diameter round tubing with a 1.5mm wall thickness in a cantilever structure. The surface is treated with acid-washed electroplating or electrostatic powder coating. Offers high overall stability and a total load capacity of 180KG. Material inspection must comply with GB/T3325-2017, QB/T3832-1999, and QB/T3827-1999, and pass a continuous 24-hour acetate salt spray test.
Testing Standards: Tested according to general office chair standards with a load capacity of 180KG. The backrest withstands a one-time tensile test of 108KG with pressure maintained for one minute. The plastic backrest passes 120,000 cycles of a 40KG push-back test. The surface is waterproof, free of watermarks and burrs, and designed to meet ergonomic requirements. (Optional upholstered seat cushion available).
