Petrochemical Intermediates
Petrochemical intermediates sit between basic feedstocks and finished polymers or chemicals. PANDA COLLECTIONS reviews enquiries for glycols, monomers and other intermediates such as monoethylene glycol (MEG), styrene monomer (SM), vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) and phenol, used in polyester, polystyrene, adhesives, resins and coolants.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is monoethylene glycol used for?
MEG is mainly used with PTA to make polyester fibre and PET resin. It is also used in engine coolants, antifreeze and heat-transfer fluids.
Why do monomers need special handling?
Monomers such as styrene and VAM can polymerise in storage. They are supplied with inhibitor and need temperature control and limited storage time, which affects packaging and shipping choices.
Do you show chemical prices on the website?
No. Chemical prices move with feedstock markets and depend on grade, purity, packaging, quantity, Incoterms and destination. Send your requirement and PANDA COLLECTIONS will reply with a customised quotation.
