FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE?

They are polyethylene grades with different density and branching. HDPE is stiffer and used for bottles, pipes and crates; LDPE is softer and used for film and coatings; LLDPE gives tougher, puncture-resistant film for stretch and packaging applications.

Which PP grade suits injection moulding?

Homopolymer PP suits rigid parts, random copolymer gives clarity for containers, and impact copolymer is used where toughness at low temperature is needed. MFI is chosen to match the part wall thickness and cycle time.

Do you show chemical prices on the website?

No. Chemical prices move with feedstock markets and depend on grade, purity, packaging, quantity, Incoterms and destination. Send your requirement and PANDA COLLECTIONS will reply with a customised quotation.
