Cleanroom Wipers

Cleanroom wipers are sealed-edge knitted or woven polyester and microfibre cloths washed in ultrapure water for low particle and ion release. Choose the 1000–2100 series polyester wipers for general Class 1000–10 wiping or the 3600–4200 microfibre series for wafers, lenses and displays.
